7.Arrange for Energy Performance Certificate (Approx £65 +VAT) if
required
8.Write to utilities with meter readings (where applicable)
9.Protect Deposit
10.Collect rent and forward to Landlord
11.Receive maintenance enquiries and liase with trades people (at
no extra cost).
12.Carry out three monthly checks on the property.
13.End of Tenancy:
Carry out check on property and report to Landlord
Reimburse deposit
Write to utilities with meter readings (where applicable)
